Amit Concert in SG - 30 Jan 2010

Made our way to SG Indoor Stadium~

Was shocked when the person looked at my tixs and said, "Sorry mdm, this is not the right place to enter.."

Me:

Then he continued, "Yours are the premium tixs.. You have to enter from the other way.."

CHEY! Scared me lah! I thought I went to the wrong place!! LOL!

Sianzed 1/2 because inconsiderate ppl kept standing up at EVERY fast songs..

But oh well.. I was there to HEAR Amei's powerful vocals, not to see her de lah!

(I know they are freaking 'high' but pls lor.. Those at the back also paid for their seats ok! Pls be more considerate lah! It's not like you can't see the stage when you are sitting down. =.="

Complained to the staff and I was told, "We can't stop them from standing at their seats. We can only stop them from standing ON their seats." But nonetheless, they helped me to advise some of those ppl to sit down. It didn't work but well, at least the staff bothered to try.

Else I would prolly make sure that my hp keep ringing throughout the concert lor! HAHA!

Eu and I didn't stand up at all.. Although we couldn't see the stage most of the time. We do spare a thought for those behind us!! :)

So unless you are 1 of those inconsiderate fellows who like to stand and block others' view, it's not advisable to waste your money on those premium seats like PA, PB, PC and etc.)

Martin rocks!

The way he plays the electric guitar is truly amazing..

Everytime the cameras zoomed in on him, I couldn't stop commenting.. "SHUAI!" or "WOOTS!" Personally I think he's more like an artist than a guitarist lor!

And of course, the Queen of the whole show..

Her punkish style reminds me of Misamisa!

After Amei sang many songs which I never hear before.. I was getting a bit puzzled. And I got even more confused when she jokingly said she's Amit, not Amei. Eh??

Later I realised why.. Haha!

The lines in red are so sarcastic lah! LOL! Was about to tell Eu that the lyrics are so funny.. Then Eu turned and told me the same thing! Great minds think alike nia! Heh!

Jokingly told Eu that I wanna go learn and sing that in KTV pubs next time. He laughed! LOL!

My fave part would be when Amei 清唱ed a bit of her old songs, with no music at all! Freaking nice! Didn't record it because I wanted to enjoy that moment with Eu.. Keke!

Slow songs were great! But Amei sounded a bit hoarse for some of the fast songs.. Prolly because she sang a lot during the previous night already? Honestly, I'm a weeny bit disappointed. She actually 跑音ed a few times..?? O.O!! And for some parts, she sounded a bit chipmunk-ish..! Initially I thought there was smth wrong with the sound system!

OMG!! What happened to my perfect Amei!! T.T

Then I heard her speak.. OMG! Her voice was so freaking hoarse! I was amazed that she could still sing so well lah! (Although slightly weeny bit not as good as her usual standard? But still 1000X better than me lor! Haha!) *IMPRESSED!*

Later she actually sang this opera.. Which was amazing GOOD!! Freaking SOLID! That's the perfect Amei I know! :D

Shuqi was at the concert too.. We exchanged some smses.. LOL!

For example..

Shuqi: Where's the white mic!
Me: Yesterday used until spoilt liao.. LOL!

Hahaha! We both so boliao nia! =P

Finally the concert ended liao.. Although my head kena kok-ed by this excited fan behind me a few times (and my chair got pushed when she excitedly rushed out to go to the front to take photos), it was a pretty nice experience..

(Of course nice lah! Eu was beside me and holding my hand all the while mah! Hahaha! =3 *Sweetified*)

Eu and I went for late dinner after the concert.. Had to walk a looonnngggg way before we finally managed to get a cab!
