Ice Cream Making Workshop!

Amazingly, I was half an hour earlier!

While I was so early.. Breakfast Time~

Chocolate milk.. *Sob sob* Aching teeth and gums..

(And ya, I was still feeling a bit slpy.. *Semi-opened eyes*)

Finally it was time for the workshop to start!

Elise.. Acting like a hardworking student!

In fact, everyone was taking down notes.. Except me!

Ai zai! No need take notes 1 lah!

Sugar + Water + Mango Puree and then put into ice cream maker machine..

TADA!

Finished doing the mixture and the teacher put into the freezer~

(I realised I'm actually quite zai with cooking lor! Wahaha! Simple task like separating the egg yolk.. Wasnt that simple to the others wor! Wow! Couldn't help feeling like a pro while I was doing it.. Muahaha!)

Ok, next we do the Cookies 'n' Cream ice cream!

Using the salt and ice method~

Throwing into a bigger bag full of ice and salt..

*Massage massage massage*

Half hour later.. TADA!

Of course, we must add oreo cookie bits!

(To all our disappointment.. The cream needs to be added into the ice cream mixture!!
Argh! Means we can't eat the yummy cream on its own!! *Pout!*)

Not bad eh!

The taste is not bad wor! But it seems a bit salty.. HAHA! But it's cool!

While the teacher was talking..

Me.. Not paying attention again.. LMAO!

Oh, speaking of that.. I hadn't been paying attention while the teacher was teaching. Haha! Spent my time disiao-ing poor Elise (aka Hardworking Student Wannabe.. LOL!)..

When it was time for us to get hands-on, I repeated what the teacher just said and Elise exclaimed, "WOW! I thought you weren't paying attn!"

My yaya reply was.. "Wa Ai zai ok!" HAHAHAHA~ :D

Just before we left.. We wanted to see our Milo ice cream! Aye, the freezer wasn't working well so our ice cream didn't have time to freeze properly!

Our ice cream tasted not bad wor!

To be fair to us, our ice cream was taken out (and devoured by us) before the teacher's one.. That's why ours melted (and looked ugly) whereas the other one looks prettier OK!

Elise asked if I wanna delete the photos.. And I said, "Nah, just leave it there. WE GONNA BE FAMOUS! MUAHAHAHA!"

Later I told Elise: "Wahaha! We are so shameless! Happily camwhored with the cameras and walked out without buying anything! LOL!"

But I must say the pictures really come out pretty nice! WOW! A bit tempted to buy! (But the camera's quite bulky though.. Hmmm.)

Ok, that's all for now. Didn't take any more photos after that.. Haha! xD
